Kyle Bennett is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, and education industry executive with a proven track record in financial education, compliance training, regulatory learning, and strategic business growth. As the Owner and CEO of Financial Ed, Kyle is committed to helping organizations, financial professionals, and institutions deliver high-impact learning solutions that create measurable, real-world results.

Throughout his career, Kyle has built and scaled successful businesses in the education, training, and financial services learning space. He previously led Total Training Solutions, a regulatory and compliance training provider that achieved more than 2,000% growth under his leadership. After Total Training Solutions was acquired by OnCourse Learning, Kyle served on the executive leadership team, where he helped integrate and expand one of the nation’s leading compliance training platforms for banks, credit unions, mortgage professionals, and financial institutions.

Kyle later founded Prosperity Launch, an education-focused venture dedicated to helping individuals and businesses pursue financial independence, professional growth, and long-term success. Through these experiences, he has developed deep expertise in operational excellence, industry partnerships, scalable learning programs, and best-in-class educational experiences.

At Financial Ed, Kyle is focused on building on the company’s strong foundation while driving innovation, growth, and expanded learning opportunities. He works closely with the Financial Ed team, trusted partners, and clients to advance the company’s mission of delivering relevant, accessible, and effective financial education and compliance training solutions.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. Whether boating in the summer or snowmobiling in the winter, he values creating meaningful experiences with his family and bringing that same sense of purpose, connection, and commitment to his leadership at Financial Ed.
